TRAINEE: MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT FOR FREIGHT FORWARDING AND LOGISTIC SERVICES (M/F/MX)

YOUR ROLE:

• Planning, organizing and supervising the transport and storage of goods of all kinds by land, air or sea
• Managing and supervising all persons and facilities involved in the logistics chain
• Advising and supporting our business partners and customers at home and abroad
• Preparing accompanying, freight and customs documents for goods
• Processing damage reports and complaints

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Intermediate secondary school leaving certificate, baccalaureate or vocational baccalaureate
• Good geographical knowledge and proficiency in foreign languages
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility
• Negotiating skills and assertiveness, enjoyment from interacting with customers
